Salad of liver with carrots and beans
Simple dish of available products, easy and quick to prepare. Salad turns out delicious, hearty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    150 g

  • Beans

    180 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Coriander

    0.333 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wash the vegetables and clean. Onion cut into half rings, carrot thin slices (I cut a "flower").

Beef liver, well rinsed, cleaned, cut into pieces. With a blender whip the liver with milk, salt and flour until smooth. Pan lightly grease with vegetable oil and bake hepatic pancake on both sides. The finished pancake allow to cool completely.

In a pan melt the butter and saute the carrots with the coriander on medium heat for 2 minutes under a lid. Carrots to shift into a separate bowl, leaving oil in the pan.

In the same pan lightly fry the onion.

Damn from the liver cut into thin strips, place in deep container and add the mayonnaise.

Add canned white beans (without the liquid), stewed carrots and onions. Mix gently.

The finished dish is put into one big bowl or small portions. Garnish with greens.
