Pasta with shrimp and tomato sauce
Hi! I want to share with you a delicious dish that is great help out in the post. Quick, tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon peel

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 handful

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan, heat water, bring to a boil. On the tomatoes make cross-cuts on top and bottom.

Drop the tomatoes in boiling water and hold it for about 30-40 seconds. Remove, cool slightly. Then remove carefully the skin.

Peel the garlic and finely chop.

In a pan heat oil. Add the garlic and fry it up a little it will turn brown. Then add chopped tomatoes with juice formed. Simmer for about 5 minutes - tomatoes should be soft.

Add lemon zest, chopped parsley.

Then add peeled cooked shrimp. Pour soy sauce, pepper, can be a little dosolit to taste. Cover with a lid and on small fire to warm the shrimp - no more than 1-2 minutes. Boil the macaroni. Add them to the sauce. Stir and serve.
