The branny loaf with sesame seeds
Easy to prepare and healthy loaf of bran and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    370 ml

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

Cooking

Bran pour hot water and leave until dissolved. You can use regular .

Pour the yeast in the warm water, add salt, sugar and stir. In this mass add bran, vegetable oil, flour (not all at once, but gradually) and sesame. Knead the dough and leave to rise.

I have raised the dough for 2 hours.

Knead well and leave until the next rise. Punch dough down.

To form loaf, place on sheet, leave to rise for 25-30 minutes.

Bake at 180-190 GRS to a rosy color 35-40 minutes, but to better focus on your oven. Cool on wire rack.
