Cooking
Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream. Add the eggs and salt - mix well
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well. (I have a measuring Cup combined with a sifter, so always sift)
Prepare the filling. This time I got pork. Finely chop (I previously recaptured) (with beef I couldn't do it because the meat was very sinewy and therefore spoiling)
Potatoes cut into cubes and add to the meat. Onions also finely chop. Mix everything and season with salt + your favorite seasonings.
With wet hands spread half of dough in greased with vegetable oil form. Spread the filling on top. The amount of ingredients is in the form of 26 cm in diameter, this time I did in a rectangular 2.4 l - was too small.
Lay out scraps of dough and put in oven 180 degrees for 50 min. (better watch periodically, depending on the thickness of the pie). The dough during baking will rise. Bon appetit!
