One of the most popular salads in a Chinese cafe in the Amur region and the border of China.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Peanuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Chips

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: with a fork whisk the soy sauce, vegetable oil, chopped (with seeds) chili pepper and Chinese sauce. The sauce I bought in the Chinese supermarket on the recommendation of a friend. If You will not find this, I think you can use any seasoning for Chinese dishes. In every cafe the flavor of this salad is different. A part of this sauce exactly is balsamic vinegar and coriander.

And cut vegetables: onion thin half-rings, shred cabbage strips in half a centimeter, tomatoes in half, cucumbers are larger. Rinse the mushrooms and chop them also.
