Roulade of pork cheeks
Once in the store offered to buy the pork cheek. And that's what I did. Very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Salt

Spread seasoning for pork, minced garlic and sprinkle with dill.

Turn into a log and wrapped with thread, and the edges of scalywag toothpick. Put the loaf in the pan, fill with boiling water, add the Bay leaf and pepper peas, a little salt and cook for 15-20 min after boiling.

Take out the loaf and put in a heatproof dish. Put in oven at t-180 deg. approximately 2 hours, depending on oven and size of the cheeks. Periodically pour the resulting fat.

Take out, allow to cool a little, remove the string and toothpicks. Cut into slices.
