Baked sea bass with ginger and pepper
This version of baked fish turns out very well, particularly useful for those who just fish — boring. Instead of sea bass you can take any similar portion of fish. This fish pairs perfectly with roasted seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Grouper

    2 piece

  • Chili

    5 g

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Water

Clean the fish, make small cuts on one side, season with salt and pepper and put in ovenproof dish.

Ginger (15g) finely chopped slices. Part to invest in the incision, the rest to spread on the fish. Green onion and deseeded chilli into thin rings. To add to the fish. Pour in the wine and send to the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

For the sauce fry in olive oil finely chopped ginger, add a tablespoon of brown sugar and 20 ml chicken broth. To put on a strong fire and leave for 4-5 minutes to cook, until the sugar turn into a light brown syrup.

When the sugar melts, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 20 ml of water with starch for thickening. Cook for another 3 minutes.

To get the fish out of the oven, brush with sauce, return to oven for another 15 minutes.
