Classic cake with honey. Cakes are soft and doughy with a flavor of honey, cream thick and sweet.

Cooking
The dough make enough liquid. Mix sugar, honey, eggs, vegetable oil. A little whisk and heat in the microwave. Next, add baking soda or baking powder and gradually add flour. Stir the mixture with a spoon until thick sour cream.
Spoon the dough is put into the form, sprinkle a little flour to not stick in your hands, and level (height about 1 cm). A total of about 3 layers.
Cakes need to propagate, then the smell of honey that feels good!
Prepare the cream. Sour cream, yogurt and sugar mix and beat with a mixer 5-7 minutes until fluffy.
Yogurt fat, but it is possible any, I just was not enough sour cream, so I decided to add the yogurt.
The cream turns thick cakes almost permeates and solidifies between them. A tasty combination of soft fragrant cake with a delicate custard!
Sprinkle top of cake with grated chocolate! That's all! Very simple and very tasty! Bon appetit!
