Description

Chocolate cupcakes
Easy to prepare, but very tasty cupcakes. Never fail. Can cook even the young mistress.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

Melt margarine on low heat. Add the cocoa and sugar.Knead well without removing from the heat, until a homogeneous mass.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. One drive egg.

Then add flour and soda. All is well stirred with a mixer, but at a very slow speed.

Put the dough in a muffin tin. In each muffin put a piece of chocolate.

The form muffin put in preheated oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The cupcakes are ready take out and allow to cool a little.Ready and slightly cooled cupcakes sprinkle with powdered sugar. Or: pour melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed nuts.

You can bake one big cupcake. Before you pour a large chocolate cake, cut it into several pieces from the center so the chocolate gets to the inside of the cupcake and lightly impregnated with it. Sprinkle with grated nuts.
