Dear Cooks! I love herring in all its forms:)) This recipe read in the print edition ( the author - Irina Zhuravleva). The author suggests eating these rolls with pancakes. I went through easy and try to offer them as snacks. Prunes betrays rolls light taste of smoked food! Go!

Cooking
Salted herring to wash, gut, remove the bones, cut into 2 fillets and dry with paper towel.
Wash the prunes, chop finely. Select large prunes, fragrant. I didn't have one, so take it with a bone and used the whole thing.
Lemon cut into arbitrary slices.
Onion cut into half rings.
In a saucepan pour water, add spices, chopped prunes, lemon slices. Bring to boil, boil for 5-7 minutes and allow to cool completely.
Herring fillets cover with cling film and gently beat.
