Prepare products for our salad: 3 medium carrots, peel and wash; 0.5 kg of shelled squid to throw in boiling water 10 seconds, pull it out and rinse with cold water, peel the onion.
Carrots chop on a coarse grater, preferably Korean, add sugar, salt and good shake hands (I do it in disposable gloves), cut the squid into strips, and add to the carrots and mix well.
Onions chop and fry in oil until Golden brown.
Pour the onion to the carrot and squid, add a little pinch of red pepper, squeeze the garlic, drop of vinegar 70% and mix well! The salad is ready! Bon appetit. Do not judge strictly, I'm still a beginner!
