Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vinegar essence

    1.5 Tbsp

Carp clean, trim the fins. To remove the insides. Wash and cut into pieces convenient for eating, 3 * 5 cm.. I only use the middle part because weight carp 2 kg..

In a bowl, add salt, pour in vinegar and mix thoroughly. Leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse in several waters to drain.

Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. In hot oil put onions, stir and remove from heat. Add the paprika, mix well.

To the fish add seasoning, hot red pepper, coriander, sugar.
