Appetizer with spicy eggplant
The combination of spicy roasted eggplant with fresh tomatoes and herbs - a win-win delicious snacks!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    200 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Oyster sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

Eggplant cut into slices of 0.5 cm slices in the large diameter can be cut in half

Sauté eggplant in butter with two sides
