And you can imagine the fish with mint flavor? I also... couldn't. But decided to go for the experiment. I promised myself that I will share with you only really worthwhile result. Draw your own conclusions!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Lemon

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt

Cooking

Mackerel to gut and remove the heads. Salt outside and inside. Squeeze inside a little bit of lemon. And put in each carcass half-ring of lemon and green mint.

Large onion cut into half rings.

Arrange on a heated with oil pan. Sprinkle with sugar and stir fry. Then add soy sauce and continue to fry until transparent onion.

The liquid should mostly to boil.

In foil wrap the fish so that the bow was wrapped outside. Put in a preheated 180-200° oven for 30-40 minutes.
