A very worthy recipe. Sausages are obtained with an Asian touch, and the marinade later turns into a beautiful sauce, which is good with sausages. Try it, I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

Cooking
These are the ingredients we will need for the marinade. I use the products of the brand Blue Dragon.
Mix 1 Cup Plum Sauce, wine, soy sauce, 2 tsp Hoi Sin Sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, chopped garlic, hot pepper. Add to marinade meat and leave overnight in the fridge.
Get the sausages from the marinade. The marinade aside. Fry the sausages on a barbecue.
In the marinade, add half a Cup of water and heat it.
In the remaining 0.25 Cup. water dissolve corn starch and add to the pan with the marinade. Stirring constantly, waiting for when the sauce has thickened. Sauce you can prepare at home, drain the marinade in advance.
