Casserole with meat and potatoes
I have long wanted to share with you, my dear cooks, this delicious casserole! But the preparation for state exams and diploma took all my free time! Because I perfectly passed the final examinations and defended diploma at 5, the casserole got its name! Go all treat!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Garlic

So let's start! Peel the potatoes, boil until semi cooked. Those who will use the meat, skips this step. I cut the meat finely, that was well cut, the meat should be slightly frozen. Sliced meat juicier in my opinion.

Then spread half of the prepared meat. Lubricated sour cream. Sprinkle all the potatoes, brush with sour cream and meat again. The top layer ends with the meat, it also lubricates the sour cream.

Put in a preheated 180 oven for 20-25min. Meanwhile, grate cheese, and chop the greens.
