Pancakes
Don't even know where to start... my Husband is very bad very thin plenochku. The recipe I had from Soviet times, but apparently my hand is not where it should grow... I had to improve the recipe slightly. And even everything turned out! More subtle Blinkov I have not seen. So, fill up a collection of recipes from dairy-free and yeast-free pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

Of these products knead the batter. Remove the dough in the fridge for 8-10 hours. (The dough in the morning - in the evening, pancakes in the evening the dough in the morning pancakes :) )

Remove dough from refrigerator and mix well.

Bake pancakes as usual, but need a good frying pan. A cast iron pan need to be heated up with salt. I had a frying pan with Teflon coating. Periodically the pan needs to be oiled. Test is to pour a little!

Out of this number of products out of about 25 -30 pancakes with a diameter of 20 cm I was broken on the 13th :-[
