Ethnic salad
Salad with chickpeas, ham and vegetables. Hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    400 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Spinach

    300 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Boiled chickpeas washed.

Fresh spinach steamed with boiling water, wash and cut. Frozen defrost and chop.

Raisins steamed in boiling water.

Ham cut into strips

Pepper cut into cubes

Cut onion into slices. If it tastes bitter - pour over boiling water and rinse in cold water.

Prepare salad dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper mixture. Dressed salad and serve.
