Cooking
Red beans pour cold water and leave overnight. Drain the water. Beans pour 3 cups of cold water and boil until tender. Drain the broth.
Raisins soaked in hot water for half an hour
For the filling, whisk the vinegar with the oil. Add the chopped garlic and raisins.
Slice onions into thin rings.
The beans add salt and pepper, place on a platter and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Pour the salad dressing and sprinkle with onion rings. Bon appetit!
