Lentil salad and arugula Backup
Extremely tasty and satisfying salad. Tender lentils in perfect harmony with cheese, arugula and cherry.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    150 g

  • Black olives

    50 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 ml

  • Ginger

    3 g

1 Cup lentils rinsed.

Place in a saucepan, add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. At the end of cooking salt.

Lentils are ready.

Prepare the filling. Ginger (small piece) to clean and RUB on a small grater. Mix balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp), olive oil (4 tbsp), lemon juice ( 1-2 drops), ginger and black pepper (to taste).

Mix the lentils with feta cheese, diced, tomatoes, cut into halves, and chopped olives. In a bowl put the greens, put the lentils and pour salad dressing.
