Arugula salad with pear and cheese DorBlu
In my opinion, a very easy, festive and not bored salad. Recipe taken from the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Blue cheese

    250 g

  • Lettuce

    1 pack

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

My pears, cut into 4 pieces, remove the core and divide into slices.

Fry the pears in a pan (preferably with a corrugated covering) to brownish color. I have used a simple frying pan, for lack of need. I think the taste of pears is not affected. Pears sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a frying pan without oil fry the pine nuts.

Prepare a seasoning. Mix olive oil, vegetable, vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper and a good unbolted. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Sorry, forgot to take a picture.

On the plate put the arugula, salt, pepper, pour dressing. Lay out slices of pears. Crumble cheese in small pieces. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
