Mini cupcakes, super idea for a buffet. It will be with a quick cocktail at home. Tender and flavorful, perfect as snacks for aperitif, and drink tea with them is also very tasty.

Cooking
Canned corn grind in a blender until the formation of a corn puree.
Fry in a pan on low heat Creamed corn, butter and salt. Add the flour and fry, stirring with a wooden spoon, about 2 minutes.

In the dough add the eggs and mix well.
For making mini muffins I picked up the cheese "Merchant" from the dairy plant "experts". Cheese "Merchant" to grate.
Half of grated cheese add to the dough. Finely chop green onions and 1 teaspoon add to the batter, mix well. Put the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
