Cooking
Raisins, cherries and rinse with clean water, nuts roast and grind.
In a water bath melt the chocolate, remove from heat, add butter and eggs, mix all until smooth.
Add in chocolate mixture, sifted flour, nuts, and raisins with cherries. Mix thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. The form for the cake grease with butter the bottom and sides of the form cover with parchment paper, and brush with oil.
Spoon the batter and bake for approximately 1 hour 20-30 minutes.
Brew strong tea (to impregnate you and other impregnations, or syrups)

To make the table a large sheet of parchment paper. Pour it about half chocolate, to distribute the weight of the sheet layer about 3 mm thick, put in refrigerator for 25 minutes, then cooking brush to coat a layer of the remaining chocolate and send in the cold for another 10 minutes.
White chocolate break into pieces 2/3 heat on the water bath, remove from heat and add remaining chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Half of the melted white chocolate transfer to a piping bag and draw on the black chocolate, often thin strips and lines in different directions. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
When the chocolate in the refrigerator to set but not become brittle, cut it into long triangles of different heights, it is better to do it with a sharp knife, wetting it in warm water.
Place the cake on a sheet of parchment or dish and remaining white chocolate to coat the sides, gently pressing the cake in the prepared triangles.
Pick them up by height so they just went at each other, the rest of the chocolate chopped into crumbs and sprinkle the cake surface.
To prepare the cake, and chocolate triangles for a few days in advance and decorate on the day of the celebration. The cake turns out a little dry, so using creams, you only enrich the taste.
