Cooking
Roll the dough in one direction to 3 mm, cut into squares (I get 12). Then make your cuts, as shown.
Then alternately fold the petals and flatten them gently.
Spread on a baking sheet on the baking paper, brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar.
The apples (plums, apricots) cut in half or into 4 pieces if large, cut into a fan, a sprinkle of cinnamon on the bottom and put it in the middle of the flower.
Bake in the preheated oven 180-200*C for 15-20 minutes! Bon appetit!
