Hearty potato casserole Vedic cuisine. For lovers of Oriental spices.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into circles.Add all the spices and mix well.

Mushrooms finely chop.In a pan with oil and fry spices for 2 minutes,stirring always.Then add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 7-10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 gr.With.Form grease with oil and spread on the bottom of the potatoes.

The layer of potatoes put half of the sauteed mushrooms with spices.

Then another layer of potatoes and cover grated Adyghe cheese.Bake in the oven until Golden brown.
