Chicken in cream with plums
The idea was inspired by one of my friend on the "Contact" - Julia Kostenich, but her idea turned out to be only the General outline, which I tried to embroider something. However, Yuliya, thank you so much.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

Fillets cut from the Breasts, remove the small fillet (of the bone and small fillet can then be used to make a soup). Season with a little salt and sprinkle with favorite herbs (I had herbes de Provence), pour over the cream.

Then all the layers to repeat. Pour remnants of cream.

Plums are divided into halves, remove the seeds and tightly lay meat-side down in a row. Cook in a hot oven for 40 minutes.

Then take them out, to fill uniformly with grated cheese and put back in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
