Scrambled eggs stuffed in cocotte
A hearty and tasty dish in an unusual design.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Ham

    1 slice

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Prepare food and dishes: ramekins, frying pan, two knives and a spoon.

Turn the oven on 190 degrees in the "grill" and put in the pan.

Dice ham or sausage...

...very finely - onions...

...and tomato. Pour a little sunflower oil in a pan, sauté first the onion, then add the ham and tomato.

Grease the two ramekins with vegetable oil and put the stuffing.

Carefully crack in the egg ramekins. Try not to damage the yolk.

Send ramekins in the oven.

While fried eggs, you can cut greens for decorating and setting the table.

Eggs are ready when the egg on top cooked and slightly browned. Serve immediately, sprinkled with herbs and wrapped the handle ramekins with a napkin. Tomatoes give a lot of juice, so relatively hard remains only the upper part, that is the very egg. Beneath it, a juicy, delicious hot filling. Bon appetit!
