I love salads in any form, but if a salad can be another and a side dish, for me there is nothing better, because it's already cooked a full Breakfast, lunch or dinner, but if it is thus also useful, what could be better.

Cooking
First put to boil the rice. For what good it will wash out, fill in the ratio of 1:2 and a pinch of salt. The rice should be crumbly.
While cooking the rice, do some other ingredients. Pine nuts fry on a dry pan for a few minutes.
Pomegranate peel and divide by the grains.
From one orange, remove the zest from it as well squeeze the juice.
The other two orange clean, divided into slices and cut into small pieces.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine the zest, orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and butter. Mix well until smooth. You can add your favorite spices (I added some Basil). Parsley chop.
Rice to cool slightly, add nuts, orange and pomegranate, parsley, season with sauce and mix well.
Our salad is ready. Can be served as a side dish to meat or fish, but may well serve as a self-sufficient dish.
