Salad
This salad is very useful. It contains a lot of vitamins that are so essential to us, especially in the spring. Furthermore, it is very light and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    0.5 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

    1 handful

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.333 cup

  • Orange

    1 piece

Quinoa and cover with water. When the water boils, reduce the heat and close the lid. After 15-20 minutes, the quinoa is ready. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Wash the beets, cut into quarters, lightly grease with vegetable oil and salt. Put in the oven for 45 minutes at 350F.

Ready beets to cool slightly. Then peel and cut into small cubes.

In a large bowl mix quinoa, lettuce, sliced avocado, and walnuts.

Dressed the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and lemon juice.

Orange peel and cut into small pieces.

Add to salad with oranges and beets and gently stir.
