The Korean salad from sprouted wheat

Ingredients

  • Sprouts

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Chili

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash with running water the wheat.

Boil 5 minutes and pour in a deep plate.

Make a small hole in the middle of the season and, pressed garlic, salt, pepper and pour the coriander.

In a pan pour oil and heated until smoke goes, if you have coriander seeds, you can add them there too.

Pour oil in the hole mix, season with soy, vinegar and sugar. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
