Quick rye bread rolls without yeast
This recipe is just a lifesaver when there's no time and need bread. Delicious, fragrant, soft and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Bran

    15 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Turn the oven on 180 degrees because everything is done quickly. In the bowl where you can knead the dough to combine all the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

In yogurt add vegetable oil. Stir.

Pour the yogurt with the oil to the dry mixture and knead homogeneous dough. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to the sides of the dish. Shape into a ball and let the dough rest 10 minutes.

To form a "sausage". Divide the dough into 8 parts.

Each portion make a ball and the blunt side of a knife to make a shallow furrow. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Take out the biscuits from the oven and enjoy the aroma of fresh baking!
