Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Slightly prisolit.

Fish cleaned and well washed. Sprinkle seasoning for fish, salt and pepper. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. To set them aside.

Mushrooms slightly thawed and cut into pieces.

Onion cut into thin quarters of the rings.
