Spaghetti devil
Well, what can I say... spaghetti, they are in Africa spaghetti, but this recipe, I would say, not for everybody. Very unusual taste of the sauce.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    400 g

  • Tuna

    230 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Oregano

  • Parmesan

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

That's all we need. Large bulbs I have not found and I took three small.

Pepper peel and cut into strips. With tomatoes remove the skin and cut into cubes. Cut onion into quarter rings. Grate cheese on a fine shredder.

Fry the onions along with peppers in vegetable oil.

Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, pour the wine and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vegetables, tuna from cans. The oil I drained. I was already crushed. If the tuna chunks, mash it with a fork.

Mix well, add oregano and simmer another 10 minutes.

While preparing sauce, cook spaghetti "al dente",

Drain in a colander,

Then return to the pan, pour in spaghetti sauce

And mix well.

Put spaghetti on plates

And sprinkle with grated cheese.
