Cooking
In olive oil fry finely chopped onions (2-3 minutes).
Rice flakes TM Mistral I pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
Grated carrots add to the onions in the pan and fry for 3 more minutes.
To combine the egg and milk. Add a pinch of salt, nutmeg, allspice. Fill ready.
Boiled goose liver and chicken gizzards cut into cubes.
We will need a half round of white bread.
A little cut from the bottom to the "boat" was sustainable. From the middle of the bread we choose the flesh.
Lay out a layer of the liver and stomach.
Then put the rice cereal and pour 3-4 tbsp of the filling.
Spread the carrots and onions.
Carefully pour the entire casting.
To sprinkle on top of the "boat" ready grated cheese. Put "boat" on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (200 degrees, 15-20 minutes). It is served a snack in the form of heat.
