Interesting, hearty and tasty dish. This appetizer looks nice both casual on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Rice flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • The goose liver

    2 piece

  • Chicken stomachs

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Allspice

Cooking

In olive oil fry finely chopped onions (2-3 minutes).

Rice flakes TM Mistral I pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.

Grated carrots add to the onions in the pan and fry for 3 more minutes.

To combine the egg and milk. Add a pinch of salt, nutmeg, allspice. Fill ready.
