Snack
A wonderful appetizer. Very tasty, looks nice on the table and easy to prepare. Recipe for lovers of cheese and spinach.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Ham

    100 g

Cooking

Spinach finely chop and set aside. Melt the butter on low heat

Add the flour and mix

and gradually while stirring, add the milk,

and chopped spinach. The consistency should be dense mass, as choux pastry.

Cool green mass and add 3 egg yolks, mix well.

Chilled proteins vzbit in a solid foam

and mix with spinach mass.

Rectangular baking tray lay baking paper and evenly spread the spinach mass. You could arrange the mass in portions molds. Bake at 200 deg. approximately 20 minutes.

Cooked cake to cool and cut into two pieces, as pictured. If you have a rectangle of sponge cake, then cut down the middle into equal parts.

Prepare the stuffing. The spinach together with cheese put in a blender to get a homogeneous mass.

Ham, cucumbers (preferably fresh salad cucumber) cut into small cubes, green onions finely chopped. Add the cut to the stuffing and mix.

Stuffing divided into two parts, one part spread first layer of cake, to close a second biscuit. And the second part of the toppings to put on top of the biscuit.

Before serving a snack to cool and decorate!
