The Bird Curry
Original, easy to prepare dish. Nutritious, delicious, and the curry gives it an unusual touch. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user goldjoker called "the Bird Curry" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chili

  • Beans

    1 can

  • The chicken legs

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Curry

For this dish perfect any part of the chicken. Remove the chicken skin, separate the meat from the bones, cut into (pieces like straw or get). Add salt to taste and pepper of Chile. Cut the onion into half rings (or rings if small). Fry in vegetable oil chicken.

Add the onions, fry for few minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.

Next add the mushrooms and beans (without the liquid, the liquid from the beans I poured and added gradually to extinguish), curry and stew until ready (I managed 25 minutes).
