Description
Dukkah is a mixture of nuts and spices, pre-fried in a dry frying pan and ground in a mortar or blender. The chicken was very flavorful. A dish for lovers of spice. Don't pass it by!

Cooking
Prepare a mixture of Dukkah. On a dry pan, medium heat, fry alternately nuts and spices. Allow to cool, grind all the ingredients in a mortar or blender. Add salt and mint (I finely cut, fresh), stir. The mixture can be stored up to a month.
Pour the mixture into flat dish, dip cooked chicken breast and fry in olive oil on both sides for 5-6 minutes, until Golden brown.
