Macaroni Bechamel
The site has a lot of all kinds of casseroles, and lasagna, but I'm not found. In my family it shatters in an instant! Maybe useful to you. Help yourself on your health!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Flour

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Spices

Boil the spaghetti (not to full readiness - "to the tooth"). Make the stuffing: finely chopped onion fry, add the mushrooms and pepper. Still a little fry and add the beef and tomato paste. Fry until cooked (7 minutes).

To make the Bechamel sauce: fry flour in butter until distinctive nutty smell (the color we needed!!!). Allow to cool slightly.

Pour a little warm milk and mix well until smooth with no lumps. Pour the remaining milk and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Optionally add any cheese (melted or solid. Together. I have a home sheep).

Leave a Cup of sauce. The rest of the sauce to mix with pasta. 1/2 of the macaroni and put into a form. Then the stuffing.

And the rest of the pasta. To fill the top Cup of the sauce and send to the oven to complete baking (I have a 180* 35-40 minutes).

10 minutes before readiness sprinkle with cheese.
