Was searching through the Internet and zaiteresovat the name of "Pilaf po-Russki" was barley porridge with pork. The recipe ended with the words: "Serve hot with cold vodka and pickles". After this phrase it became clear why in Russian!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Pearl barley

    2 cup

  • Broth

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

Carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings.
