Cooking
Put to heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Mix oil, juice, vanilla sugar, sugar and zest. Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a soft dough, it will be very oily, but that is why our cookies will be tender.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll into balls a little larger than a walnut (look at the size of marmalade). Flatten each ball into a pancake, put the marmalade, connect the edges, like dumpling, and a fork to press these edges. The photo shows these three stages.
Spread on the baking sheet, the laid baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes without convection and 7-10 minutes with convection. Ovens are all different, so readiness can be determined by the gentle glow of the finished cookies.
And now the cookies are ready! Let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. As for baking, I used Apple-grape juice and zest, the flavours emanating from the cookies, so bright and pleasant that it was time to start our tea party! Angel you for a meal, my dear cooks!
