Cooking
Ripe, soft peaches to clean, blend
Form to lay a baking paper (you can use any rectangular loaf pan or, like me, round 24 cm)
On the bottom of the mold evenly sprinkle brown sugar
Butter cut into pieces and put into sugar.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put the form on 8 minutes
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients first and then add the rest. Mix well with a mixer *before adding the baking soda will extinguish it with lemon juice
Peeled peaches cut into slices and put into a form (here we use soft peaches)
Peaches pour the batter. Bake at 190 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Then flip over, remove paper and place on dish (peaches will be on top)
While cake cools, prepare the caramel glaze. To do this, in a small saucepan mix brown sugar, butter and cream, put on fire, bring to boil, remove from heat. Leave to cool slightly and then pour the pie
