Salad
Similar recipe already, but I have a slightly different. Step by step was too lazy to take pictures, because the kitchen was very hot.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Lemon juice

  • Sunflower oil

  • Pepper Cayenne

Cooking

Eggplant boil until tender in salted water and cool.

Pepper bake until soft in the oven under the grill, put in a package and give a little lie down.

Blue cut into cubes(if they have a lot of seeds it seeds removed).

the cooled bell pepper peel and cut into strips. Add to the eggplant.

A little salt, squeezed through a garlic press 2 to 3 cloves of garlic and leave for 10 minutes -15.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, is triturated with a small quantity of salt, pour first boiling water for 2 minutes

Tomatoes pour over boiling water. Cleaned from the skin. Remove excess flesh, juice and seeds. Cut into strips and sent to the rest of the vegetables.
