About this dish my wife was told by Spanish friends, as one of the most popular in Spain. Somehow progulivayas, cafe and the menu was tapas. Tried. Liked it! Why not make it ourselves, and even tastier?! But with this simple and at the same time very tasty dish you can experiment by mixing different ingredients! And each time will get something unique. Please, get acquainted with our interpretation of the popular Spanish dishes.

Cooking
We procure all the ingredients. For this cucumber, olives (3-4 PCs), ham, sundried tomatoes, salmon cut into small cubes. Eggs boiled, cut into small cubes and mix with pounded sardines. Tomatoes cut in half. Baguette and rye bread cut into thin slices (7 -10 mm)
Begin to experiment! On the baguettes spread cheese, spread on top the salmon and cucumbers.
On molasses bread spread a mixture of sprat egg.
No less tasty happens if we use a baguette.
Smear pate on baguettes and spread on top of sliced olives.
Spread on baguettes with cheese, put the ham and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
And the last of the experiments: spread cheese on baguettes, spread on a slice of jamon (prosciutto). On top decorate with a cherry tomato half and an olive, securing with a toothpick.
The result is a delicious and satisfying snack! Bon appetit!
