Tabernero is a very popular appetizer in restaurants and bars, the seaside tourist towns of Spain. Absolutely not a complicated dish, but with a bright memorable taste. Many European tourists who don't speak Spanish instantly remember the name of this dish to next year, returning again to order at the bar any of the "tabernero"!!!

Cooking
From such simple ingredients, you can prepare a terrific tasting snack.
Cut the meat into small cubes. Add 1 tablespoon of paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the vegetables into strips.
Fry meat with onions until Golden brown
Grind tomatoes into a puree and add to vegetables.
For piquancy and spice to taste put in stew pepper Cayenne. Simmer on medium heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
