Trout with oranges
Delicious tender baked trout fillet with oranges in orange juice.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    600 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

From one orange to remove the zest and squeeze the juice. The second cut slices.

Trout fillet (with skin) to be divided into steaks, put in a bowl for baking with skin side down and sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices.

In orange juice add the wine vinegar that was not too sweet and the resulting sauce to pour steaks, sprinkle with zest. Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Each serving with a fillet put a few circles of orange, drizzle the top with olive oil and send in the preheated oven to bake at medium temperature for 15-20 minutes before Browning oranges.

In principle, when the fish changes color it's ready. Until the fish is cooked, prepare the garnish.

I served with boiled brown rice (pre-soaked for faster boiling) and boiled broccoli. Bon appetit!
