Cooking
So, first soak the gelatin in a small amount (about a quarter Cup) of cold water. Leave to swell. If the gelatin sheet, or instant, prepare according to instructions on the package. Egg yolks, combine with sugar.
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Cook chocolate and cream. Chocolate you can use any dessert, milk or bitter. In a separate saucepan pour the cream, break the chocolate and warm the mixture on very low heat until the chocolate is melted.
Gelatin to warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a water bath until dissolved. To turn on the mixer and continuing to mix the egg yolks in a thin stream pour the hot chocolate, then dissolved gelatin. Then the mixer can be turned off, properly clean the remains of the chocolate from the pan into the mainstream and a little more vzbit.
Take 2-3 Cup of low. Lubricate the inside of them with oil without smell or vystelit with cling film. Pour into chocolate moulds. Or pour into a festive bowl and serve dessert to the table. I wanted diversity, I took a lot of different molds. Remove the dessert to chill until firm (at the top, you can close with cling film to not zavetrilos).
