Casserole of leeks
Winter is the best time for leeks. In countries with a mild climate it continues to grow in the ground, gathering strength. In Mediterranean countries it is widely used for boiling, stewing, roasting, marinating. Adding leeks of different dishes: soup, roast, soup, greatly improving their flavor.
