Very interesting taste and a delicate, soft in consistency of candy. And yet they are useful and enhance the immune system, because their composition is dried apricots and... rose. They will certainly appeal to fans of sweet and sour combinations!

Ingredients

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Liqueur

    40 ml

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Briar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Rinse apricots and cover with Cointreau. Let stand 15-20 minutes.

Pound dried berries and rose hip powder. You can use ready ground rose hips.

In a coffee grinder to grind the powder from sugar cane.

In blender, grind cashews. Then add the apricots (without the liqueur), powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, and 2 tbsp. of ground rose hips. Within minutes, shred with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Mix 1 tbsp. of ground rose hips with cocoa powder. From the mass to make balls and roll them in cocoa-dog rose of the mixture. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes. (PS sweet Tooth, I recommend adding either more sugar or include dates.)
