Dessert
The combination of chocolate with pears confectionery is considered a classic in Italy! There are many different kinds of pies, cakes based on chocolate and pears... I Suggest to try here's a more "lightweight" version of the famous dessert - the chocolate cream with pears! If you limit yourself to small servings, this dessert will be a pleasant end of the summer lunch (or dinner).

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

Sugar will use a light small "Mistral".

Yolks put in a bowl and beat with the sugar until OSVETLENIE and the sugar is dissolved.

The flour and cocoa powder, sift and add to the yolks.

Pour in the milk and stir to avoid lumps.

Pour into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Put the timer on for 2 minutes and boil, stirring constantly the cream, until thick. Do not brew it! After 2 minutes remove the cream from heat and let cool slightly.

Meanwhile whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until stable peaks. Gently stir in the whipped white chocolate cream turning movements from the bottom up.

Further, the cream can simply be spread out in small cups, bowl... But you can put it in a pastry bag, and then you will get neater filled with a cream molds. Remove the cream in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Pear wash, peel, remove core and cut into small cubes.

Just before serving dessert, decorate it on top with the pear slices. Serve, garnished, if desired, mint leaves.
