I had a few recipes with homemade marshmallows. Then I thought, who can not see the recipes, and decided to write a separate cooking marshmallows at home. Homemade marshmallow turns out tender, melting in the mouth and, in my opinion, even tastier than the store.

Cooking
Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water (150 g) for 40 minutes. Cook sugar syrup of 100 g of water and 3 stack. sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the boiling syrup into a swollen gelatin in a thin stream and beat with a mixer for 7-10 minutes continuously.
Then add pineapple and beat for 3-4 minutes, then add soda and vanilla and beat again for 3-4 minutes. Moisten the baking tray with water and place the marshmallows with a spoon or confectionery syringe. Leave to dry for 30-40 minutes.
Then connect the halves of marshmallows and roll in powdered sugar. That's all the marshmallows ready!
